However, we were very extremely disappointed with the clunky cancelation process, the company’s lack of transparency, and poor customer service. While chatbots are helpful, they simply can’t answer all customer inquiries. Bill.com should definitely consider adding more human experts to the roster. So, we’ve mentioned some negative online reviews (and our own negative experience) with Bill.com’s customer support. However, there are many positive reviews about the software itself. For starters, we suggest setting up your company profile and making sure you’ve provided all the information you’ll need to pay vendors or get paid.

The email system is the worst with the lazy staff that take forever to respond then submit the case as “solved” so they don’t got to deal with it. The staff is an embarrassment and laughing stock of employees. We apologize that you had some trouble navigating our website and would be glad to help if you still need assistance.

While the Team plan includes integrations with QuickBooks and Xero, these are not available on the Essentials plan. However, the Essentials plan does allow users to manually import and export CSV files into accounting software. ACH, international payments, by card, via Bill.com’s network of vendors. I have spent three days calling, holding, chatting to NO Avail! Starting with QuickBooks to “3rd party” bill.com, it has been a disaster and still no resolution why a vendor payment shows sent, but the vendor hasn’t received it!
